Withdrawal

Scope and Acceptance

This Withdrawal Policy governs all withdrawal requests submitted through Xhjili. By initiating a withdrawal or continuing to use Xhjili services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy as part of the Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and Account Status

  • Withdrawals are available only for accounts in good standing that meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Accounts must be verified and free from active holds, unresolved compliance checks, or security restrictions at the time of withdrawal.

Verification and Documentation

Xhjili conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks. To initiate a withdrawal, you must provide documentation sufficient to verify identity, residence, and ownership of payment methods used for deposits or withdrawals. Acceptable documentation may include:

  • Government-issued photo identity document (for example, passport or national ID).
  • Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document).
  • Evidence linking the withdrawal method to your account (for example, payment method statement or card last digits as required).

Xhjili reserves the right to request additional information or suspend withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are paid to methods supported by Xhjili in the account’s jurisdiction and linked to the user’s identity. Available methods may include bank transfers, electronic wallets, cards, or other approved payment options. Withdrawals will be issued to the same beneficiary account or method that is linked to the account where permitted by policy and applicable law.

Limits, Timing and Compliance

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, as well as any processing times, are published in the Payments section and may be updated from time to time. All withdrawal requests are subject to ongoing compliance checks and may be delayed or refused if required by law, regulation, or internal policy.

Security, Fraud Prevention and Compliance

Xhjili employs security controls and monitoring to detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity. Withdrawals suspected of fraud, illicit activity, or breach of Terms may be suspended, canceled, or reversed. Users must not attempt to circumvent withdrawal controls or verification procedures.

Disputes and Support

If you believe a withdrawal has been processed incorrectly or you encounter delays beyond stated timelines, escalate the issue through the in-account Help Center or by contacting Xhjili Support as provided in the Terms. Xhjili will review all withdrawal disputes in accordance with the Terms and applicable law.

Changes to the Policy

Xhjili reserves the right to modify this Withdrawal Policy at any time. Any amendments will become effective upon publication and will apply to withdrawals initiated after publication. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Governing Law and Interpretation

This policy is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Xhjili. In the event of a dispute regarding withdrawals, the Terms and Conditions and applicable law govern the resolution of such disputes.
