General terms
These Bonus Terms apply to all promotions offered by Xhjili. Each promotion may include specific terms; in case of conflict, the promotion’s own terms prevail. By participating, you accept these general terms and any applicable promotion terms.
Eligibility and account prerequisites
Only current Xhjili players are eligible for bonuses. Bonuses are issued on a per-user basis and are limited by: one account per person, family, address, IP address, device, payment method, email address and telephone number. The operator may require identity verification before awarding any bonus.
Active bonus limit and non-cumulative offers
Only one active bonus is permitted at any time. Deposit bonuses are not cumulative, and previously unused bonuses cannot be activated after a withdrawal request.
Wagering requirements and release of funds
Wagering requirements apply before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus activity may be withdrawn. Unless the offer states otherwise:
- Default wagering requirement: 50x the initial bonus amount.
- Free Spins winnings carry a 40x wagering requirement unless the promotion specifies a different rate.
Balance order and playthrough
When a bonus is active, bets are funded from the Real Balance first. Bonus Funds are drawn down only when the Real Balance is exhausted or cannot meet the stake. Wagering is deemed fulfilled only when the stated requirements are met in full.
Validity period and expiry
A bonus becomes available for 10 days from activation, unless the promotion specifies another duration. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from your balance.
Maximum withdrawal and cap on bonus-related winnings
The following caps apply, unless stated otherwise with a particular offer:
- Non-deposit bonus: €25 maximum release into Real Balance.
- Deposit bonus: up to 10 times the bonus amount may be released.
- Free Spins winnings: capped at €100, unless the promotion states a higher limit.
- Aggregate winnings from all bonus funds: €15,000 maximum, unless a higher limit is explicitly indicated in the offer.
Game contributions and restrictions during an active bonus
Bonuses contribute to wagering as follows, subject to the specific offer: Slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering; Table Games, Video Poker, and similar games typically contribute 0%; Live Casino and Jackpot games are restricted while a bonus is active. A list of eligible and ineligible games accompanies each promotion. Playing excluded games will forfeit bonus eligibility and related winnings.
Bet limits and anti-gain provisions
During an active bonus, the maximum bet per spin or per wager is €5, unless the offer states a different limit. Strategies that guarantee profit irrespective of outcome are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings. Xhjili reserves the right to apply an administrative charge for breaches of these terms.
Cancellation, modification, and withdrawal mechanics
You may cancel a bonus at any time before wagering requirements are met; cancellation removes the entire bonus balance and any winnings from those funds. If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus balance is removed and you may withdraw only the Real Balance amount.
Identity verification and responsible gaming
The Player may be required to provide proof of identity before receiving any bonus. Xhjili reserves the right to cancel or restrict participation in offers for regulatory, security or risk management reasons. Bonuses are aimed at recreational players; activity indicating non-recreational play may lead to adjustment or revocation of eligibility.
Change, suspension, and termination of bonuses
Xhjili expressly reserves the right to change, limit, suspend or cancel any bonus or offer, and to adjust related winnings, at any time and without prior notice. The General Terms and Conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions.
Jurisdiction and availability
Bonuses are not available in all jurisdictions. Xhjili reserves the right to restrict or refuse bonus eligibility in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements. Specific restrictions may apply to certain regions, as published with each promotion.
How to claim a bonus
To participate in a promotion, opt in as required and ensure your account details are up to date. You must meet any identity verification requirements and comply with play-through rules set out above. If you breach these terms, Xhjili may cease bonus accrual, reclaim bonus funds or apply sanctions in accordance with applicable law.
