Overview of the Xhjili Affiliate Program

The Xhjili Affiliate Program enables partners to promote Xhjili’s regulated online gambling brand. Affiliates earn commissions based on the Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) generated by players referred through their marketing efforts. This program is designed to be transparent, auditable, and compliant with applicable gaming and data-protection laws.

  • Anti-Fraud and AML You must comply with applicable anti-money-laundering laws and cooperate with verification checks, including providing identity documents and address verification when requested.

Commission Structure and Payouts

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of NGR generated by referred Customers, per the Commission Structures in effect at the time of computation. The following framework applies unless otherwise stated in a separate Schedule:

  • Tiered Rates Rates may vary by volume and activity. Example tiers may include performance bands such as low, mid, and high NGR/active Customers, with percentage shares determined accordingly. The exact rates and thresholds are published in the Commission Schedule and are subject to change with notice.
  • Minimum Payout The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 30. Withdrawals below this amount are rolled forward to the next cycle.
  • Payment Schedule Commissions are paid on a monthly cycle, within 5–7 business days following a withdrawal request, subject to successful verification and regulatory clearance.
  • Negative Balance Carryover If an Affiliate’s account ends a month with a net negative balance, the deficit carries forward to the following month and is offset against future earnings.
  • Payment Methods Funds are paid to the Affiliate Wallet and may be withdrawn via bank transfer or other approved methods as configured in the Affiliate Console. Persistent failures or mismatches in payout details may suspend payments until resolved.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

The Affiliate Console provides real-time statistics including referred New Customers, NGR, commissions earned, and payout history. Access is restricted to authenticated Affiliates and is auditable by Xhjili for compliance and performance evaluation.

Marketing Compliance and Brand Protection

Affiliates must ensure all promotional activity complies with applicable advertising laws and platform rules. Use of brand elements, banners, and tracking links provided by Xhjili is mandatory. Affiliates must avoid misleading claims, aggressive incentives, or non-compliant inducements that could harm Xhjili’s reputation or trigger regulatory action.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

Personal Data processed under the Affiliate Program is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Affiliate Agreement. Affiliates shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data and shall not disclose Confidential Information except as permitted by the Agreement.

Term, Modification, and Termination

The Affiliate Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Xhjili may amend the terms, including the Commission Schedule, upon notice. Termination terminates the right to receive future commissions; earned but unpaid commissions will be paid in accordance with the standard payout timetable, subject to any holdbacks for compliance or fraud concerns.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising under the Affiliate Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law specified in the Agreement and shall be adjudicated in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Xhjili is registered. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue as provided in the Agreement.

Support and Contacts

Affiliates may contact the dedicated Affiliate Manager via the Affiliate Console for program questions, performance reviews, or assistance with materials, tracking, and payments. Support is available during standard business hours of the Company’s operating region.
